On Friday, April 21, diring the main tourist attraction of the springtime Uzhgorod – "Sakura Fest" – there will be a one-day plein air with the participation of members of the Transcarpathian regional organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine and its Youth Association and the Society of Hungarian Artists named after I. Reves.
At 10.00, the artists will begin creating in the historic part of Uzhgorod, depicting in their works favorite highlights of the city, in particular – sakuras.
And at 13.00-14.00, in the yard of the Transcarpathian Regional Art Museum, there will be an open-air exhibition and sale of works.
The organizers plan to give part of the proceeds to help 14-year-old Ivan Lucha, who is struggling with severe illness.
Visitors will be able to join the campaign at about 18.00.
