Ukrainians continue to amaze the world with incomprehensible attitude to long-defined processes. For example, roads in Uzhgorod, contrary to common sense, are repaired on a rainy day. Which was captured by journalist Vasyl Ilnytsky:
"Everyone has their own wet Tuesday: God douses Uzhgorod with rain, the utility workers douse the road with liquid resin… Apparently, they did not feel like asphalting Drugety street on sunny Friday or Saturday…".
Recall that on this day a significant event for Uzhgorod occurred – planting of sakuras from the Japanese Embassy…
