“Zakarpathaz” does not agree: it’s not so simple with the return of gas networks to Mukachevo

"Zakarpathaz" claims that they are the only licensed company to operate gas networks in Mukachevo.

It was said during a press conference by the Chairman of the Board of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC Vitaly Shatylo, the Depo.Zakarpattya informs.

"Gas network have been and remain owned by the city, and as for the operation of it, the "Zakarpathaz" is the only licensee for this activity in the region", – Shatylo said.

He added that the city authorities can now decide the conditions under which they will be granting the right for network operation.

"If the city authorities want money for it, it will only increase the tariff. Establishment of another licensee to operate the network would be too costly," – the head of the "Zakarpathaz" said.

Recall that Mukachevo City Council decided to return the city the gas network, that was graned to the "Zakarpathaz" for use in 2009, and substantiated this decision.
