Over the past day, in Rakhiv district, two houses were burning (PHOTOS)

During the past day, there were two fires in the residential sector in the territory of Rakhiv district in Transcarpathian region.

The first report came to the Rescue Service on March 30 at 16:30. The fire occurred in a house on Partyzanska street in Rakhiv. Residents of the house noticed a smoke coming out of the wall of the house and immediately called rescue workers.

A crew of firefighters of the 3rd State Fire and Rescue Unit of the city of Rakiv consisting of 3 rescuers on a special vehicle were sent to the scene. The fire in area of ​​2.5 square meters was contained at 16:43, and at 17:00 it was eliminated. 

The cause of the fire is to be established. One of the probable causes is violation of the rules of installation and operation of heating furnace.

And today, March 31, a fire occurred in the village of Velyky Bychkiv. The fire originated in a house on Shevchenko street. Rakhiv firefighters were informed about it at 1:35 by ordinary citizens who had noticed a smoke coming out of the building.

A crew of the State Fire and Rescue Post of Velyky Bychkiv consisting of three rescuers on a special vehicle were sent to eliminate the fire. At 1:54, the fire was localized, and 10 minutes later – completely eliminated.

The cause of the fire is to be established. The fire destroyed a sofa and blackened the walls.
