Uzhgorod is getting ready for Easter with a fair of aesthetics and needlework (Announcement)

For three days – from Friday, March 31 through Sunday, April 2 – Easter ethnic fair will be taking place on Teatralna Square in Uzhgorod.

44 hand-maders will take part in it – from soap-boilers, confectioners to authors of soft toys, exquisite decoupage, and Easter eggs in different techniques. There will be plenty of jewelry for lovely ladies and a great variety of Easter eggs: painted, embroidered and even with carving on the shell.

At this event, volunteers will be raising money for the 15th separate mountain infantry battalion of the legendary 128th Brigade. This time the purpose is to improve living conditions of the soldiers and recreation facilities in the unit.

The Easter ethnic fair opens this Friday, March 31, at 12 o’clock. Do not ignore!
