In Transcarpathia, a man, trying to cross the border by car, threatened the border guards

Last night, in Transcarpathia, a Ukrainian, trying to cross the border by car, began to threaten the border guards of the Mukachevo Detachment.

The man was heading to Ukraine by a car "Mitsubishi" with Polish registration through the checkpoint "Kosyno" on the border with Hungary together with passengers. During the implementation of control measures, the 21-year-old driver, who was operating the car under a letter of authorization, refused to provide the vehicle for inspection and began to speak foul language to the border guards. Because of that, reports on administrative offenses under Part 10 of Art. 185 and Art. 202 of the CAO were drawn up against the driver who was a resident of Mukachevo.

While they were drawing up the reports, the man continued to behave aggressively threatening border guards with physical violence. The police was informed about this incident.

Upon arrival of the police officers, the man began complaining about feeling unwell, but refused from examination by a doctor.

It should be noted that the Ukrainian had no legal grounds for the import of the car to Ukraine because the letter of authorization was issued in someone else’s name. This car through the border are not misse.
