Employees of the criminal police tracked down the driver of a car "Lexus", who had his car filled with A-95 gasoline at an Uzhgorod gas station and did not pay for that

An employee of an Uzhgorod gas station reported to the police that one of their clients had paid 250 hryvnia, filled his car with 2002 hryvnia worth of A-95 gasolin and left without paying the difference. Employees of the criminal police of Uzhgorod police department watched the video from surveillance cameras, identified the car and driver and tracked down the suspect. It was a 44-year-old unemployed resident of Uzhgorod.

A criminal proceeding over this incident was initiated under Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, that is fraud. Taking possession of another person’s property by deception or abuse of trust is punishable by a fine up to fifty non-taxable minimum incomes, or correctional labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for up to three years.
