Kyiv theater will present social drama “The Wall” in Uzhgorod

On April 7, artists of the Kyiv studio theater "MIF" will present their new production in the Transcarpathian Regional Academic Puppet Theater

The studio theatre was founded in 2014 by students of the KNU.  One of its most important objectives of the young theatre is the promotion of Ukrainian national idea, focusing on the history of Ukraine.

After the "Shevchenko" rock opera "MIF", presented not only in the university, but also at many prestigious festivals and theater stages, the company developed a new production – music drama "Fly, my thoughts, fly!" dedicated to the 145th anniversary of the famous Ukrainian poetess Lesya Ukrainka. The premiere took place at the beginning of 2016 and also caused considerable hype among connoisseurs and fans of theater.

The theater’s new production – social drama "The Wall" – is dedicated to the events of the Revolution of Dignity and the war in eastern Ukraine. The first show took place on January 24 this year.

By the way, following Kyiv and Kropyvnytsky, Uzhgorod will be the third city to see the performance "The Wall".
