The head of the RSA, Hennadiy Moskal signed an executive order banning entertainment concerts and sporting events in Transcarpathia on February 20 in connection with the commemoration of the Heroes of the Heaven’s Hundred.
The document obliges all enterprises, institutions and organizations to cancel entertainment events, and local broadcasting companies – to make appropriate changes to their programming.
The events to commemorate the Heroes of the Heaven’s Hundred will be held in Uzhgorod on Monday, February 20, on Narodna Square in front of the Regional State Administration building. The exemplary choir of Uzhgorod College of Culture and Arts will perform a song at the balcony of the RSA, after which yellow and blue lights will be launched in the sky.
Anyone can light an icon lamp in memory of the people who gave their lives for Ukraine during the Revolution of Dignity.
The events start at 16:00.
