February 4 – "Kinokl" dedicated to Andy Warhol. Program: screening of the film "66 scenes from America" by Jorgen Leth (1982), eating soup cooked according to the Campbells recipe, hamburger with potatoes and Coke. All participants will receive their own portrait in the style of pop art, and hear the record of Velvet Underground (entrance fee is 200 UAH). The beginning is at 20.00 (hotel "Emihrand" Uzhgorod).
February 4 – from the educational platform Nomen: Uzhgorod architecture in the interwar period (1919 – 1939). Artist Lina Degtyareva will share her vision of the features of architectural modernism in Uzhgorod (entrance fee is 50 UAH). The beginning is at 14.00 ("Owl’s Nest", Uzhgorod).
February 4-5 – the first stage of the competition "Winter Peaks" as part of the Open championship of Transcarpathian region and the National series "Cup of Carpathians". The grand opening of the first stage will be held on February 4, at 17.00, in the village of Nyzhi Vorota in Volovets district. The races will start on February 15, at 10.00, in the village of Verbyazh and will take place at the old Veretsky pass, located at the border of Lviv and Transcarpathian regions. The awarding of winners will be held on February 5 in Nyzhni Vorota.

– Exhibition of works by young Transcarpathian artists "Winter". The exhibition features 40 works of 12 artists, members of the Youth Association at the Transcarpathian organization of the NUAU. Every day (except Monday) 11.00 – 17.00, Saturday – 11.00 – 15.00 ("Uzhgorod" gallery).

– "Selected works" by Uzhgorod artist Serhiy Biba. The selection is made up of paintings painted by the artist in different periods from the 1990s until today. Every day (except Monday) 9.00 -17.00 (Transcarpathian Regional Art Museum. Uzhgorod).
– On the occasion of the Day of Hungarian Culture, traveling exhibition "Folk costumes of the Carpathian Basin." The project presents the most typical folk costumes of inhabitants of the Carpathian Basin from the collection of György Barna kept in the Otto Hermann Museum in Miskolc (Hungary), which includes a total of 280 folk costumes from 120 settlements of 19 regions. – Exhibition of contemporary art "Ontology. PROCESS – 3. New Realism". The exhibition features several dozen paintings, art objects made of blown glass and ceramics, metal, plaster and wood by contemporary artists: Angelina Hafynets, Oleksiy Dynnyk, Victor Demin, Ivan Ilko, Mykhailo Ilko, Vasyl Kadar, Valentin Kuzan, Beata Korn, Victor Melnychuk, Ivan Nebesnyk, Nata Popova, Oleg Putrashyk, Petro Ryaska, Taras Tabaka, Albina Tabaka, Natalia Tarnay, Oleg Tokar, Emma Tremba, Ruslan Tremba, Vadim Kharabaruk, Mykhailo Khodanych, Natalia Shevchenko, Volodymyr Pavlyshyn. – Exhibition of the third (regional) round of the All-Ukrainian competition of children’s art "Let’s come together, brothers!" featuring works of 153 students from 22 schools of aesthetic education in the region (Narodna Square, the atrium of the RSA building, Uzhgorod).
