“IV Winter Peaks”: the rally will start in Transcarpathia

Grand opening of the "IV Winter Peaks" will be held in the village of Nyzhni Vorota, and the race will start on the Veretsky pass.

The rally "IV Winter Peaks" will take place on February, 4-5, 2017, in the village of Verbyazh, at the old Veretsky pass  The grand opening event is scheduled for February 4 at 17:00, in the village of Nyzhni Vorota in Volovets district, Transcarpathian region. This was announced by the press service of the Lviv regional state administration.

Currently, 12 crews have registered for participation, including multiple winners of Championship of Ukraine and other racing series, as well as the legend of Ukrainian rally sports Volodymyr Petrenko, who has the largest number of races and wins. 

The crews of the last year’s winner of the Rally Championship of Ukraine Oleksandr Kozlov and the absolute champion of Ukraine in mountain race Borys Handzha will also take part the rally.
