City Council appointed managers for Uzhgorod apartment buildings that have not established condominiums

At the extraordinary meeting of the executive committee of Uzhgorod city council, the deputies considered the issue "The appointment of managers for apartment buildings." Members of the Executive Committee unanimously supported the draft decision.

Recall that the winners of the contest for management of apartment buildings were determined on December 19. 

The winners are:
 For a group of houses №1 – "Nash-Dobrobut" LLC
 For a group of houses №2 – "House management group" LLC
 For a group of houses №3 – "Housing Area №8" LLC
 For a group of houses №4 – "AVE Uzhgorod" LLC
 For a group of houses №5 – "UzhBudServis" PE
 For a group of houses №6 – "Zhytlo Service" LLC.
 The utilities "Housing Area №4", "Housing Area №5", "Housing Area №8" must transfer the houses, that they served, to the Department of Municipal Economy. The Department of Municipal Economy shall conclude with the appointed managers agreements on provision of services for management of multi-apartment buildings for 1 year under the conditions defined by the tender documentation.
