The publication of "Dilova Stolytsia" summed up the development of the regions for three quarters of 2016. All figures were taken from the State Statistics Service and its territorial divisions.
The top three places in the ranking are taken by the heads of the Kyiv City State Administration, Kyiv Regional and Odesa Regional State Administrations (recall that the position of Odesa Regional State Administration is still vacant). The head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal went up in the ranking to the fifth place (41.5 points).
According to the "Dilova Stolytsia", following the first three quarters, Transcarpathian region is among the three regions with the lowest salary debts per employee, the greatest growth in real wages and exports, as well as among the two regions with the highest fertility and lowest mortality.
