On December 16, at 16.00, in the Transcarpathian Regional Library (Svoboda Liberty, 16, 1st floor "WOA"), there will be a free master class on decoupage.
New Year is approaching, so the information center "Window on America" in the main library of the region organizes a master class on decoupage, during which visitors will be adorning wooden Christmas decorations.
