The troubled past takes its toll, because the animals, that live here, were subjected to abuse and living in very bad conditions, the Mukachevo.net informs.
Almost all the bears in the rehabilitation center at the Synevyr have psychological trauma. Some of them were forced to entertain people in the circus without food and water, while others were kept in a small cage of a sports club or were starving for 20 years.
This past takes its toll, so now some animals in the rehabilitation center for brown bears can not hibernate.
