On November 17-20, the second world horting championship took place in Truskavets. The event was attended by over 450 athletes from all over the world: USA, Kazakhstan, Israel, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Hungary and many others.
Pupils of the head of the Transcarpathian Horting Federation Igor Kapura played for the national team of Ukraine consisting of 5 people. Athletes from Mukachevo – Master of Sports of Ukraine Kristina Babilya, Yuriy Kotubey, Maksim Dzyamka and Vladislav Myshanych – became world champions. Master of Sports of Ukraine Andriy Shyutyev became silver medalist.
