Rain and snowfall: cyclone is approaching Transcarpathia again

On November 12-13, the active cyclone will cause bad weather in Transcarpathia:

– In the lowlands, rain turning to sleet is expected;

– In mountainous areas (mainly central and eastern parts of Transcarpathian region) – heavy snowfall, blizzards, snow drifts, slush build-up, sleet, ice covering on the roads.

This was reported by the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region.

In the afternoon on November 12 in highlands, on November 13 in most of the region – strong wind of 15-20 m / s, in highlands of the Carpathians in some places – 25-30 m / s.
