Uzhgorod is the best city on earth! This is what townspeople tell about it.

But there are those who vandalize it, spoil benches and walls of historic buildings, break garbage bins, steal manhole covers and break street lights. The latter has been recorded on Kyivska embankment. There’s a dozen lamps with broken glass there.
