On November 10, in the evening, officers of the Transcarpathian office of the Drug Crime Department together with officers of Uzhgorod Police Department conducted an authorized search at a 19-year-old Uzhgorod resident’s place. The law enforcement officers had the information that this man was involved in drug dealing. Yesterday, this information was checked and confirmed.
During the search, police officers found and seized 31 cannabis plants that were planted in plastic pots. Also in one of the rooms of the house, one kilogram of marijuana was found.
All the seized items will be sent for expert examination to confirm their drug origin. Currently, police officers are checking the involvement of the man in the sale of the above substances to addicts.
