November 10, the press center of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, the State service of Ukraine for war veterans and ATO participants will present the information guide on rights, obligations and social guarantees of the ATO participants developed by the NGO "Legal Hundred".
The guide was developed by volunteer lawyers, approved and reviewed by experts from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the State service of Ukraine for war veterans and ATO participants, and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The material is presented in an easily accessible graphical form on 168 pages. The guide will help veterans, military personnel and their families not only to learn about their rights, but also to protect them.
At the presentation, the organizers want to draw attention to a general awareness of veterans and military personnel about their rights and access to quality care and legal support.
The participants of the briefing:
– Balashov Ivan and Kuznyev Serhiy, representatives of the State service of Ukraine for war veterans and ATO participants;
– Kondratiuk Boris, representative of the NGO "Legal Hundred";
– Opalenyk Yuriy, representative of the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union.
