Today, about three in the morning, three unknown persons without a vehicle came to a local gas stations in Vynogradiv. Approaching the cashier window, the unknown men started threatening the woman with a device for shooting rubber bullets and demanded to give them all the money from the cash register.
The woman tried to close the window, pinching the arm of one of the attackers. He paniced and made one shot at another gas station employee, who was standing nearby. After that, three criminals disappeared in an unknown direction without money, and the victims called the police.
The 40-year-old resident of Vynogradiv, who was shot by the attacker, is in the casualty department. His life is not in danger.
Police officers are taking steps to identify the attackers. Their actions are classified under Part 2 of Art. 187 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (robbery). The perpetrators face imprisonment for up to ten years.
We ask anyone, who has any information about this event and the persons involved, to contact the police.
