All together – to the Transcarpathian tavern (Announcement)

October 26, the "Folk Tavern" will open in the atrium of the Transcarpathian Hungarian Institute, the Holos Karpat informs.

"Transcarpathian Rusyns" from Tyachiv district and a popular Hungarian band "Sodro" will perform before the audience. The event is organized by the NGO "Pro Cultura Subcarpathica."

"With this program, we want to show through music a peaceful coexistence of Ukrainians and Hungarians in our region – the head of the NGO Kristina Kudlotyak says. – For music is the instrument that unites people far beyond the borders."

There will also be the tasting of exquisite Transcarpathian wines and home slivovitza, a traditional bread with pork lard and onion.

The event will finish folk dance lessons.

The beginning is at 19:30. The admission is free.
