Ensemble “Harmonia” are preparing a new musical gift for Uzhgorod residents

Ensemble of Soloists "Harmonia" is one of the oldest collectives of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic. 

The current members of the ensemble uphold high standards, skillfully combining the best traditions of their predecessors with new musical forms and means of expression. This is what helps artists to remain interesting for audience of all ages and status – from village school students to picky fellow musicians, from visitors of Transcarpathian resorts to distinguished foreign guests. Recently, "Harmonia" presented such concert programs as "In the rhythm of the dance", "ARIA", "Music of the Lent", "European folk music". 

 And on October 23, at 17.00, the Ensemble of Soloists "Harmonia" of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic present their fans "Ukrainian Song Garland".

Lyrical, humorous Transcarpathian and Ukrainian folk songs will be performed by Honored Artist of Ukraine Oksana Kharkhalis (mezzo-soprano), People’s Artist of Ukraine Petro Matiy (baritone), Marina Lavra (soprano), Oleksandr Tovt (tenor) and Mykhailo Podkopayev (bass) accompanied by instrumental ensemble headed by Anastasia Zhuzhhova.
