October 14 – Transcarpathian national patriotic association "United Ukraine" organizes celebrations to mark the holiday of Intercession of the Holy Virgin, the Day of Ukrainian Cossacks, the Day of the establishment of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army and the Day of the Defender of Ukraine. October 15 – 16 – art center Kublo presents the exhibition "Inter-war architecture of Uzhgorod (1919 – 1939)" and open lectures on functionalism architecture. Program: 11:00 – lecture by the authors of the exhibition: Czech architect, candidate of architecture, the author of the thesis on interwar architecture Romana Fialova (Bratislava), architect Andriy Kharkhalis (Uzhgorod). 12:00 – the official opening of the exhibition. 13:00 – Lecture "Functionalism: the potential of "invisible" architecture." October 15-16 – International dance sport competition "Cup of Carpathian Euroregion" with the participation of the best dancing couples of Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Ukraine. The grand opening will be held on October 16, at 19.00, qualifying rounds will start at 10.00 15-16 of October (sports arena "Karpaty", "Zolota Hora" tract, the village of Barvinok, Uzhgorod district).
October 16 – festival "Khyzha cuisine, customs, fun and play." There will be a concert, an exhibition of craftsmen’s products and folk dishes. And also, sports games and lottery, where you will be able to win a TV, wood and wheat. The beginning is at 14.00 (the House of Culture, the village of Khyzha, Vynogradiv district).
October 16 – ethnofestival "Bobovysche bunch." Program: solemn procession, workshops on wine making and other handicrafts of different villages in the district, workshop on the making of barrels. Each village of the will present their traditions. There will be nearly two dozen wineries. Guests of the festival will be the Honored Academic Transcarpathian Folk Choir, folk band "Betyari", band "Marina and the Company", Honored Artist of Ukraine Oleksandr Sadvari.
