Of those, 12 cars were towed after accidents. Cars get seized for traffic rules violation by the municipal police tow truck. The tow truck equipped with the crane is able to tow cars with blocked wheels that have automatic transmissions and can not be moved using the winch.

"We work closely with the patrol police, so the number of violators of traffic rules is dropping. The seized cars are delivered to the impound lot. After paying the fine, the owner takes the car back," – the head of Mukachevo municipal police Vyacheslav Roman said.

In September, the owners of the seized cars paid 13 thousand hryvnia in fines.
