This weekend, our beautiful old Uzhgorod celebrates its birthday. On this occasion, a number of festive and interesting events will take place in the city. And we remind that the VIII International Youth Festival of Organ Music continues in the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic. Art lovers will be able to see four more diverse concerts. And the nearest one will take place on September 25 (Sunday) at 17.00. We will have the opportunity to listen to the soloist of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine Karina KONDRASHEVSKA (soprano).
In the spring, the singer performed on our stage for the first time with a program of opera arias during the IV International festival "Music without Borders" and amazed the audience with the beauty of her voice and vocal technique. This time, together with the soloist of the National House of Organ and Chamber Music of Ukraine Maksim Sidorenko (organ), the guests from the capital will perform pieces from baroque to jazz: Pretorius, Bach, Buxtehude, Vivaldi, Pergolesi, Haydn, Bortniansky, Young, Svenn, Mitchell, Gershwin and others. The concert will be hosted by musicologist Natalia Pitsur.
