A new information has appeared on the emergency repair and time of resuming of water supply from the "Mynai" intake. According to it, the emergency repair work to eliminate the accident in the sewage collector near Solyany Lane lasted throughout the night. However, unfortunately, due to the complexity of the work, as of 6:00 am (September 3), it is still not completed. Because of that, water was supplied from 8:00 to 10:00 am. After 10:00, water supply was suspended again, and the work continues.
Additional details of the time of work completion and resuming of water supply will be reported later.
PS. Of course, it is necessary to perform repairs, but it is also necessary to warn people in advance when and for how long water supply will be interrupted. Not all residents of Uzhgorod city and Uzhgorod district have the opportunity to get information about water supply interruptions from the Internet and other media. Therefore, the water utility should have placed announcements at least in densely populated areas of Uzhgorod so that people know exactly what is going on about the water supply.
