Two drunken Transcarpathians stabbed each other

In the village of Dobrianske in Tyachiv district, two drunken men had a fight. The homeowner grabbed a knife and stabbed the guest in the neck, and the latter took away the knife and shoved it into his chest…

Tyachiv police received a report from the district hospital that a man with a wound to the chest had been delivered to them. Law enforcement officers are investigating the case.

The victim was a 37-year-old resident of the village of Dobrianske. In afternoon, a 35-year-old friend came to visit the man. The man was already intoxicated, but he suggested to buy another bottle. The homeowner agreed.

At first, the men were drinking vodka peacefully, but then a conflict arose between them. The homeowner grabbed a knife and stabbed the guest in the neck. The latter managed to take away the knife and shoved the blade into the attacker’s chest…

The homeowner’s condition is more severe than that of the guest. The knife was seized by police. An investigation over infliction of bodily injuries has been initiated.
