Club on the rails. The organization “Friends of Uzhgorod children’s railway” will be established in Uzhgorod

Yesterday, August 29, 2016, there was the meeting of the initiators of the Society for Friends of Uzhgorod Children’s Railway.

The aim of the Society is the support of the children’s railway operation through the organization of information activity, establishment of the cooperation between civil society activists, railroad workers and local authorities, organizing educational and tourism activity.

To formalize the activity, it was decided to convene the constituent assembly of the founders of the Society for Friends ofUzhgorod Children’s Railway, suggesting the charter, principles of activity and terms of membership in the organization. We look forward to feedback and participation of all active Uzhgorod residents!

By the way, during the 4 days of operation of Uzhgorod children’s railway, almost 4000 people have become passengers of the train "Zakarpattya"! Railway workers made 32 trips on the route Molodizhna – Park – Molodizhna with a total length of 50 km! Friends of Uzhgorod children’s railway are happy about the success of our little train – the community of Uzhgorod children’s railway informed.
