On August 25, in the evening, the police received a report from Tyachiv district hospital that a 16-year-old boy injured in an accident had been delivered to the intensive care unit. The boy died from his injuries.
The investigative team found out that a local resident, driving a moped "Yamaha" and moving on the road "Mukachevo-Rohatyn-Lviv", did not make way fora minibus "Citroen Jumpy" and hit it. The young man collided with the minibus and fell on the left side of the curb.
The driver of the "Citroen Jumpy" promptly delivered the accident victim to the hospital, but doctors could not save his life. The boy suffered serious head injury.
The vehicles were taken to the impound lot of Tyachiv Police Department.
