A resident of the village of Nankovo called "102" and said that he had probaly beaten his grandmother and that she was lying on the ground and not moving.
The investigative team of Khust Police Department found out at the scene that the suspect had hit the victim with his fists resulting in her death. Forensic autopsy confirmed that the death had been caused by multiple head injuries. The police found at the scene a bottle of vodka, glasses, an ashtray and household items with traces of blood.
According to the preliminary version, the quarrel between the relatives arose when they were drinking alcohol. The man was taken to the Police Department, he was notified of being suspected. The choice of a preventive measure is being decided.
