During the first half of the year, the “Palanok” was visited by 120 thousand tourists

This was reported by the head of the Department of Culture of Mukachevo city executive committee Irina Kalai. She said that it is almost two and a half times more than that for the same period last year. The number of adults, who visited the castle, increased by 210%, the number of children – by 281%.

Last year it was decided to install turnstiles at the entrance to the castle, which allowed to significantly increase the revenues to the museum budget.
