Despite the retirement age, Moskal can work in the civil service until 2019 (Document)

The Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Kostyantyn Vashchenko sent an official response to the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal on his work in the civil service after reaching the age of 65. The clarification of the National Agency was a response to the request of H.Moskal himself regarding complaints of political opponents relating to the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On civil service" in the new revision.

As explained in the letter, H.Moskal can remain in office until June 7, 2019, because, according to the Constitution of Ukraine, laws and other legal acts have no retroactive force.
