"The cultural platform of Transcarpathia" is a communication platform without any statuses and officialdom, the place where culture will become the common ground in the process of creating a harmonious living environment and represent a new model of management for Ukraine.
Seeing the creative class of the city as a partner, that has a powerful content of unique creative economy products (music, film, design, visual arts, crafts, theater), the government is making an unprecedented example of partnership system of cooperation where they open up realization opportunities for the creative youth of the city.
This European approach allows to retain best creatives, change the quality of life, create opportunities for transformation of the city into a hub of creative possibilities of Ukraine.
12,000 students are the main capital of the territory and it will no longer be spent in favour of other countries, but will generate new images on their native land, increasing its capital and attractiveness" – the organizers inform.
