Oleksandr Shufrich: “Any decisions and sanctions can be appealed at the international level”

The Vice President of "Goverla" Oleksandr Shufrich told how the club is going to solve the problem of non-receipt of the certificate for the next season.

– We are not changing the strategy, we are still trying to hold negotiations with the players who just can not understand that the football realities in Ukraine have changed.

Legally, there are no deadlines, because any decisions and sanctions can be appealed at the international level, but it is useless without agreements with the players. If we do not reach them, say, by the end of the month, then we will have to stop the negotiations – the Footballua.tv quoted Shufrich.
