The repair the road leading to the Synevyr Lake will begin soon

UAH 7.2 million has been allocated from the State Regional Development Fund for maintenance of the road of national importance "Synevyr – Synevyrska Polyana". Another UAH 800 thousand has been allocated from the local budget. This money will be used for the repair of the road up to the entrance to the National Park where the Synevyr lake is situated. The work will begin in the coming days.

– The road leading to the Synevyr Lake (one of the best tourist highlights of Transcarpathia, which each year is visited by thousands of tourists) has not been repaired since 1992, its condition over the years has caused justified complaints of local residents and tourists – the head of the Regional State Administration Hennadiy Moskal said. – Now this problem will be solved. The roads to the tourist sites, where a lot of tourists is expected during vacation period, will be repaired on a first-priority basis.
