“Open day” took place at the Mukachevo border guard detachment

Yesterday, border guards of the Mukachevo Detachment invited students of schools of the city of Mukachevo to the "Open day". The event was the opening of the three-day training camp with students of 11th grades of the city schools organized by the Department of Education of the District State Administration.  Defenders of the border showed the boys technical means used in the protection of the state border.

The young men were able to see samples of weapons, special equipment, optical devices, means of border control and communications, and vehicles used by border guards to protect the border.   In addition, the students were shown a film about the work of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Also future homeland defenders visited the military glory room where they learned about the history of creation and development of the Mukachevo border guard detachment.
