"I’m afraid that only 8 teams will remain in our championship, because not all of them are issued certificates. I worry for "Goverla", for Uzhgorod. For many years, we have been telling that something has to be done, and all this time they’ve had wage arrears, and absolutely nothing is being done. This year the team can disappear like "Volyn" or Zaporizhzhia "Metallurg".

I am an honorary citizen of Uzhgorod, and it hurts me to see what is going on with the team. Several years ago, people approached me and asked for help. And there were people willing to take this club, but Mr. Shufrich would not agree. And what’s next? Every year, the same thing – wage arrears, court trials. I talked with Grozny, he opened my eyes – no food, the team is gathered just before the game, and until that they all stay at home."
