The participant of the shooting in Mukachevo was notified of being suspected of murder and detained

In agreement with the prosecutor of Mukachevo local prosecutor’s office, the senior investigator of Mukachevo Police Department of the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region notified a resident of Mukachevo that he was suspected of committing a murder (Part. 1, Art. 155 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). As previously reported, on March 12, 2016 in the city of Mukachevo, on Molodizhna Street, the Transcarpathian, being at the gate of the secondary school number 16, during a quarrel which escalated into a fight, acting intentionally, with the aim to murder a 31-year-old resident of Mukachevo made a shot at the latter with a gun from a close range, then fled the scene. With his deliberate violant actions, the Transcarpathian inflicted the victim a gunshot wound, as a result of which the victim died the same day in the intensive care unit of Mukachevo Central District Hospital. The same day, the suspect in the murder, at the request of the prosecutor, was detained for a period of 60 days.
