In Transcarpathia, officers of Uzhgorod garrison military prosecutor’s office and the Security Service of Ukraine office detained a senior distrct inspector of the National Police for taking a bribe.
– The senior district inspector of Tyachiv district police department, a police captain demanded from a previously convicted citizen a bribe of 7,400 hryvnia for unrestricted travel abroad – the press service of the Military Prosecutor’s Office in Western Ukraine (Lviv) reported to the "FAKTY".
The money was found and seized during the personal search of the police captain, under a court decision, he was taken into custody for a period of 60 days, criminal proceeding against him has been initiated, the investigation comtinues…
