During the elections of the Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional Council at the session on December 1, 2015, deputy from the party "Vidrodzhennya" Oleksiy Baranyuk was standing behind the column of the session hall near the booth for secret voting and recording the votes of his colleagues with a camera phone.
Each of the deputies of the "broad coalition" formed with representatives from the parties of "Bloc of Petro Poroshenko "Solidarnist", "Vidrodzhennya", "Opposition Bloc" and the Hungarians, exiting the booth would show him their ballots.
This was filmed by public activist Yevhen Rakhimov – the Zakarpattya online writes.
Such voting can hardly be called secret.
In addition, the deputies had violated the rules by "adopting" the decision on the nomination of Mykhailo Rivis for the Chairman of the Regional Council by a minority of votes.
