All the most popular ski resorts of Transcarpathia are covered with snow. The cover is sufficient to open the ski season.
This was reported at the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.

"The popular winter resorts in Mizhhirya district, particularly Pylypets, Podobovets and Izky, are covered with snow. Along with heavy rains in the lowlands of the region, the first significant snowfall occurred in the Transcarpathian highlands. Thus, local resorts are preparing to take winter sports enthusiasts. The ski resort Dragobrat in Rakhiv district is also covered with snow" – the head of the Department Denys Man said.
