The Cabinet approved the transfer of working days in 2016 due to the celebration of Christmas, International Women’s Day and the Day of Constitution of Ukraine – the ZIK writes.
The relevant order aimed to ensure favorable conditions for the celebration of Christmas, March 8, and the Day of the Constitution, and for the rational use of working time, was published on the government website.
According to the worder, business days for employees with a five-day working week with two days off will be transferred from:
Friday, January 8 – to Saturday, January 17;
Monday, March 7 – to Saturday, March 12;
Monday, June 27 – to Saturday, July 2.
This order is the recommendation for managers of enterprises, institutions and organizations (with the exception of the Pension Fund, Ukrposhta Company, the State Treasury and banks). Special schedule of the work of banks for these days is determined by the National Bank.
