Today, November 16, at 02.41, Uzhgorod City Election Commission announced the official results. So the figures are as follows: for Andriyiv – 20,665 votes, for Ratushniak – 10,932 votes.
This was reported by a member of Uzhgorod city election commission Oleg Loshak.
Similar results of parallel vote count were published earlier by Andriyiv himself. Only Ratushniak had different result – he reported winning 29 votes more.
Serhiy Ratushniak in his usual boorish manner already commented on the defeat, attributing it to bribery by the opponent.
Apparently, the second round of the mayoral elections in Uzhgorod will go down in history for an unprecedented abundance of deliberately spoiled ballots.
