From the train to the ball! The participants of the Second International Children’s and Youth Festival-Contest "Bright Country" just stepped on Transcarpathian land and immediately found themselves at a real concert – right in the middle of the waiting room of Uzhgorod railway station, the pop-brass band of Uzhgorod State Music College was performing for the guests.
The band headed by Honored Artist of Ukraine Ferenc Tomic performed jazz arrangements of Ukrainian and foreign popular songs, thus making on the creative children and youth the first impression of the magic autumn Uzhgorod – one of the art capitals of the country.
By the way, this is the second consecutive year, when participants of the "Bright Country" are welcomed at the city train station with such special musical greeting.
Then, the contestants went to check-in and prepare for evening events.
