The tender for the purchase of services under the budget program "Measures for psychological rehabilitation of the affected participants of the ATO"

In 2015, the budget program "Measures for psychological rehabilitation of the affected participants of the antiterrorist operation" providing for the funds amounting to UAH 49,997.2 thousand was approved in the State Budget.

The mechanism of budget funds use are defined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 31.03.2015 №221 "On approval of the use of funds provided in the state budget for measures of psychological rehabilitation of the affected participants of the antiterrorist operation."

The purchase of services for the implementation of rehabilitation measures is carried out by the State service of Ukraine for war veterans and participants of the antiterrorist operation in the manner specified by the Law of Ukraine "On public procurement".

The tender is open to volunteer, non-government organizations, regional and district centers of social services for families, children and youth, war veterans hospital, sanatorium, rehabilitation institutions which meet the requirements for the tender participants (meet the qualification criteria, have the necessary technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the procurement subject).

The information on the tender for the procurement of services for psychological rehabilitation, requirements for the tender documents are posted on the website of the State service for war veterans and participants of the antiterrorist operation www.dsvv.gov.ua and will be posted on the web portal "Public Procurement".
