The Contact Center ensures prompt consideration of citizens’ appeals by the bodies of executive power. For this purpoes, there a telephone hotline in the region. This what the director of the Center Svitlana Hanych told today, October 20, during the press conference at the press center of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.
Employees of the contact center receive calls to the toll-free hotline 0-800-501-484 daily. "All incoming calls to regional hotline are recorded by our experts. Questions are submitted for review and answering directly to local authorities – Svitlana Hanych said. – Applicants receive answers usually within two weeks."
If a call comes outside working hours, you can leave a message and you contacts on the answering machine. Specialists of the Center provide feedback.
According to Svitlana Hanych, the contact center has been operating in the region for two years and every year the number of calls to the hotline increases. "During four months of 2013, we received 106 calls, during 2014 – 608, and for the first nine months of this year – 939 calls."
Mostly Transcarpathians appeal on matters of subsidies or financial assistance or benefits, complain about absence or poor quality of housing and communal services. The largest number of complaints come from the city of Uzhgorod, Tyachiv and Rakhiv districts.
"Often applicants have misconception that the appeals coming to the government hotline are considered by the authorities at the central level, but they are not. All appeals of the residents of Transcarpathian region are considered locally". – Svitlana Hanych said.
