In Transcarpathia, hospitals return medical equipment to manufacturers because of debts

There are still debts in the region under expenditures, which were carried out at the expense of the state budget.

Thus, due to absence of state funding for repayment of the debt, Transcarpathian hospitals returned medical equipment worth UAH 3.5 million to to the supplier "X-Ray Equipment Plant "Quantum" LLC. Medical institutions owed for the equipment which they received back in 2012.

Also because of debts, reclamation of the territory of the existing landfill in the village of Barvinok in Uzhgorod district was discontinued. The total debt is UAH 2.9 million. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine included reclamation of the landfill to the plan of environmental measures for 2015, but the funding has not been allocated.
