“Conscription – Autumn 2015: quality is the priority”, or creative military commissariat in Uzhgorod (Photofacts)

Uzhgorod residents are called to the army in an original way. Leaflets entitled "Conscription – Autumn 2015: quality is the priority" has appeared in the city center. In particular, on Poshtova Square.

The picture of it was published in the group "Uzhgorod" in facebook by the user with the name "Alexei Kozlov."

The leaflet with information about the conscription is accompanied by another motivating element. A small placard with an image of a girl and a touching inscription. Here is what reads: "One day you will be asked: Father, Brother, where were you when Ukraine was being destroyed?".

Apparently, it should encourage men not to evade military service, including conscription.

The leaflets are signed by Uzhgorod Military Commissar Mykola Zhuravlev.

This is probably the first time military commissars in Transcarpathia have resorted to such measures – persuading men not to evade military service by appealing to their conscience.

The effect of these measures on Uzhgorod men will probably be seen in the statistics of the conscription.
