Stagnant green water, debris thrown straight into the little lake which Uzhgorod residents are so fond of – this is the rock garden on Zhupanatska street looks like now.
In addition, the water stopped flowing several days ago.
This place is maintained at the expense of the city budget, and a lot of money has been allocated to the Department of Municipal Economy for the restoration of the park and fountains. But, they probably are too busy there and have forgotten to check the condition of the rock garden. Well, we are reminding.
